1. Damaged Goods

We take great care in inspecting every product before it leaves our facility to ensure the highest quality. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 5 working days of receiving your order. Once verified, we will issue a full store credit for the damaged items.
Please Note: Returns or refunds cannot be processed for items based on color preferences, personal choices, or minor variations in handwork.

2. Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is different from your original order, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Kindly reach out to us with your order number and name within 5 working days of receipt. We will arrange to send the correct product as soon as the incorrect item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging.
