Refund & Return Policy

1. DAMAGED GOODS

We take utmost care to ensure every product is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our facility. However, if you believe your item is damaged, please reach out to us within 5 working days of receiving your order. We will issue a full store credit for damaged products. Please note, items cannot be returned based on color preference, choice, or variations in handwork.

2. WRONG ORDERS

If you received a product that is different from what you originally ordered, kindly contact us with your order number and name within 5 working days of receipt. We will arrange to send you the correct item as soon as we receive the wrongly shipped merchandise in its original form and packaging.
